Mixed Veg Curry (Easy One Pot Cooking)
Ingredients:
- 1 cup chopped mixed vegetables (carrot, beans, peas, potato)
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped tomato
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- ½ tsp chilli powder
- ½ tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 cup water
- Fresh coriander for garnish
Instructions:
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onion until it turns soft and translucent.
Add the ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute until the raw smell disappears. Stir in the chopped tomato and cook until it softens.
Add the chopped vegetables, turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well to coat the veggies with the spices.
Pour in the water, cover the pan, and let it cook on medium heat until the vegetables are tender and cooked through.
